Free consultation

Visiting the property
We don't invite a client to a property we haven't seen ourselves. The agent visits in advance and checks the condition, the sunlight, the noise, the access and the parking.
Legal due diligence
Before signing the earnest money agreement: checks on the owner, encumbrances, permits, utility debts and resale history. We work with an independent lawyer.
We support the signing of the purchase and sale agreement at the Batumi House of Justice. Registration in the public registry takes 3–4 business days.
