For buyers who fly in specifically for viewings, we recommend scheduling a meeting at the office on the day you arrive: we'll discuss the plan, show you the options, and agree a viewing route for the days ahead.

We'll agree on a date and format for the viewings. In person in Batumi, with a route planned over a day or two. Or a video call, a live stream from the property where you can ask to see a specific corner or detail.

What hours do you reply?
Mon–Sat from 10:00 to 19:00 Batumi time (UTC+4). During these hours we guarantee a first reply within two hours. Requests sent outside working hours are handled the next working morning. For urgent matters on an active deal, we're available on weekends too via WhatsApp.
Which language is best to write in?
In Georgian, Russian, English, Ukrainian, Lithuanian and Turkish. Svetlana and Konstantin reply in Russian and English. Documents at the House of Justice are in Georgian, with translation arranged for the buyer.
Can I come to the office without an appointment?
You can, but we're often out at viewings in Batumi and the suburbs. To avoid finding the office closed, message or call an hour before you visit, and we'll arrange a time when someone from the team is sure to be there.
